With over 13 years of experience in pest and termite management and more than 30 years in the building industry, Tony Ceccato brings an unmatched level of expertise to Australian Pest Solution. As a trade-qualified carpenter and joiner, Tony’s deep understanding of building structures gives him a unique edge in identifying and resolving pest issues efficiently and effectively.
Tony is passionate about doing things the right way, a principle captured by his favourite quote: “If you do it, do it right.” His wide-ranging skills in project management and running a business ensure Australian Pest Solution delivers professional, reliable services to every client.
When he’s not solving pest problems, Tony enjoys fishing and camping, embracing the outdoors with the same dedication and focus he brings to his work.
Tania Ceccato has been an integral part of Australian Pest Solution since its inception over 10 years ago. Starting as the backbone of the business in administration, Tania later became a qualified pest management technician, broadening her expertise and ability to serve clients directly.
Tania’s approach to business is rooted in her favourite quote: “Consistency is the key to success.” Her dedication to maintaining high standards and her exceptional organisational skills have helped Australian Pest Solution grow into a trusted name in pest and termite management.
Outside of work, Tania’s passion for fitness shines through as both a Pilates instructor and personal trainer, demonstrating her commitment to health, discipline and balance in every aspect of life.
Casey isn’t just part of the team—she’s part of the family. Trained to detect live termites with up to 95% accuracy, this enthusiastic English Springer Spaniel works alongside her dad, Tony, and under the watchful eye of her mum, Tania. With a nose for trouble (the termite kind), Casey can sniff out infestations hidden behind walls, under floors and in spots no human could ever reach.
Her work is fast, accurate and non-invasive—no drilling, no chemicals, just good old-fashioned sniffing. It’s all part of her paws-onal commitment to keeping homes and businesses pest-free.
Off duty, Casey loves a cuddle, a squeaky toy and the occasional victory zoom around the yard—especially after a job well sniffed.
